A   Clothing   and   Food   Ministry   of   Grace   in   Community   Church
The mission of Abundance of Grace is to bless our local communities with FREE essentials in a safe & loving space, as we respond to the Lord having abundantly blessed us!

We have a wide variety of needed items from clothing and footwear in all sizes to household and kitchen items. We also have children’s toys and books and a consistent supply of baked goods. 
Our hope is that you come as you are, feel welcomed by our volunteers and leave abundantly blessed. 

We are located in the back building of the Grace In Community Church campus, ​11269 Broadway St. Alden, NY 14004

Looking  to  donate  items?  
Here's  how!

We ask that when you’re ready to donate your used items, whether clothes, shoes, small home goods, etc…that you would please reach out before bringing goods to our facility. Our store space is relatively limited and we only have one small storage space so it really helps us to know what we’re going to receive so that we can accommodate properly!

Once your donation is “approved,” we ask that you bring it during our open hours so a volunteer can assist you!

​What  kinds  of  items  do  we  take?

  • Clothing of all sizes (should be washed, not stained or ripped)
  • Shoes of all sizes (should be in good, clean condition)
  • Baby items (cannot be expired; if an item is larger like a crib or bassinet, please be sure to contact us in advance!)
  • Books & Toys (again, good and clean condition please!)
  • Home goods, kitchenware, blankets & bedding (clean condition, must be able to fit on a shelf, we are unable to accept furniture at this time)
  • Food (non-expired is preferred!)
  • And if your donation doesn’t fit in a category above, feel free to contact us to ask if we can accept it :)
*Hearts for the Homeless in Buffalo has an excellent system of taking poor conditioned clothes, shoes, bedding, or any textile, and recycling them for profit to their ministry. Please feel free to bag your poor conditioned textiles & drop them off in the RED BIN that is located across the parking lot from our Abundance of Grace store!

how  can  I   help?

You can help us by continuing to spread the word to reach more people. There are so many unmet needs around us. If you know of someone going through a hard time or struggling to afford clothing for their children, please share the word and encourage them to come and “shop” for free with us. Social media is also a great way to spread the word, so be sure to follow us on Facebook & Instagram and share our posts! We are always looking for volunteers to help with the upkeep of our space!
